Got busy this afternoon......pics are limited on the prep....and the plating.....I guess I'm more about the meats.
Seasoned some boneless breasts with the wife's favorite rub....made up a batch of meatballs, wrapped them in bacon & hit'em with a proper rib rub. They were dipped in some warm SBR cut with apple juice before serving.
Wife took the chicken and made something with it. I stuck with a couple dipped moinks for my dinner.
Cleaning off the utensils.....killing it with fire.
Grill got hot.....grates were burned clean.....then temps were throttled back to cruising temps. A great cooking moon emerged.....
