Hunting hogs on Little Tybee?

Has anybody tried it or are there any laws prohibiting hunting on Little Tybee? I’ve googled it and can’t find a whole lot of info. I know people kayak and camp over there all the time. Haven’t heard of anybody killing a few hogs on a day trip and bringing them back with a kayak.

It is part of the refuge. I have hunted Marsh hens behind it but I have never heard of people hunting on the island. It's worth investigating but I doubt its permitted. 90 percent of little Tybee Island is Marsh. Very little high ground. The state hunting regulations list federal lands. I remember hunt dates for Wassaw island directly below Tybee but not Little Tybee island.
