anybody ever built a home made shower.

Now that we have accquired the "BUCK WAGON"..only thing we're missin is a shower. Just want to errect something for camp. We are thinkin 50 gallon drums one white and one black(cold and hot water), a simple frame with some lattus around for some concealemnt and run a head and some knobs to it...maybe a few pallets(filled in for a floor)..anybody ever try anything like this...we just gone put it out side of the WAGON and leave her up during the season. Be nice to get a good shower. ANY suggestions?

we did that same thing. We filled the drums up and put in a bilge pump that is used in boats in each drums connect to battery and hot and cold lines up to the faucet and there you have an out side shower worked great. TRoy

Branch, we made something close to that. Used a turkey fryer under a steel drum to heat the water. Bilge pump for pressure. Used plastic pallets for a floor. Hole spacing is smaller than wood and no rot. Wood fence panels for sides. Sorry, no pics.
