They turned out pretty fair. One month until my first competition of the year. One or two more practice runs and I should be warmed up and ready.

Ribs look perfect GA1dad.
I grilled some bacon wraped shrimp, wilted some spinach, sautéed some portabellos and made some fettacini alfredo from scratch. I got no complaints.

Nothing much happening my way for eats tonight. Home from work and wiped out. Enjoying the CMA on CBS for the moment....will get around to stirring up some leftover yardbird in a bit, I recon.

They kicked some serious butt on those meals.





Had some leftover yardbird and went ahead and sliced it off the bone and hit it with Quack's Everglade's Sauce and heated it up.






Exactly one bun left.....perfect !
















Stuffed.


Time to watch the rest of the CMA in bed.
