Is the Daly trail head and parking area in to the Jacks River trail National Forest pr WMA?

Part of that trail was involved in the fire last fall. I spoke with the fire control manager, and he said that some of the trail was improved by the fire and control effort. Other parts of trails were made impassable by the fire. I would get with the U S Forest Service H Q on Highway 52 and ask which your trail was- helped or hurt.
