They may make the best Ruger specific rings but there are many companies out there making scope rings that are better overall quality.

Because they are "brand specific" and can't legally
be copied does not change that fact.

Ruger rings are just fine for a 1" scope; I bought 30mm Ruger rings for a red dot on my SRH.
But on my Mini 30 I have an aftermarket handguard with rail top and a 'scout' mounted red dot out front with a QD base; AO peep sight upgrade on receiver.
