I am forming a 3,400-acre trophy lease an hour from Kansas City, MO. The farm has not been hunted since 2014. This area produces 180-200 class bucks. Excellent habitat including soybean and corn crops, timber, and pasture. Excellent genetics with 180-200 class bucks taken regularly in this area. I am limiting it to six members. Three slots are taken. Now screening applicants to fill the remaining three slots. Dues are $4,000 and includes deer and turkey hunting rights. Members are allowed to kill one buck per season with a 150" minimum. Applicants must be proficient at judging mature bucks on the hoof.
