Black Hills .223/5.56

Most reviews I've read say there is no difference when comparing the same load, but I've noticed the red box 69 gr BTHP to be more consistent (better groups) than the blue box in my 8 twist AR.

Hope this helps.

Only difference is new BHA (Winchester I've heard) brass and once fired (usually Lake City) brass. When I have bought loaded 223 ammo these are what I used. Black Hills is good stuff and was always priced good also.

The Owner of Black Hills ammo is a real good friend of mine for over 25 yrs and his company makes first class ammo and I have been shooting and testing it for as long as we have been friends and I can tell you I have not seen any big difference between the red box and the blue box except the price

Love the blue box but haven't bought any in a long time since I got going with the Dillon. Great quality ammo and capable of sub MOA depending on the rifle.
60 Vmax and 69 gr Sierra are fantastic in .223
