Down loading pictures

Don,t want to sound dumb just need some help downloading pictures from my computer or i phone 3 to gon forum thanks

The only way I have been able to post them from an iPhone is to email to myself (size large).. Then save it to camera roll and then it will upload.. Kinda of a pain but its the best I can do
