Just wondering if any of these would work for trout in north Georgia or North Carolina

Several of those would probably work fine for stocked trout. The two top ones might catch a wild trout, too.

What type of water are you planning on fishing? Where at? Stocked fish? Delayed harvest? Tailwaters? Or wild trout in smaller streams?

My advice would be to hit the delayed harvest water at North Mills River, or make an hour trip to the Tuckaseegee River delayed harvest section. After the first Saturday in April, any hatchery-supported waters will be open, too. Good fly patterns would be Wooly Bugger, Tellico nymph, Prince nymph, San Juan worm, or any nymph that is yellow, tan, or peacock herl colored.

The hatchery-supported waters won't be open yet, so delayed harvest or wild trout waters are your only options. Most of the delayed harvest are heavily stocked now and should be fishing good.
