reclaiming honey

I know about some things but reclaiming honey when it has separated is not one of them !!

Is there a way ??

I have heard at some point in time that putting it in near boiling water will do the trick, but have never tried or know the process !! Very seldom does honey last long around here !! Found some that was put in the back of the cabinet and forgot about !!

we would set it in the sun when it would crystal up to bring it back.

When honey crystallizes, heat it up in a double boiler,immerse the honey jar in boiling water,or carefully microwave it,if it's in a suitable container. Some honeys are more prone to do so than others,it depends on the nectar it came from. I personally don't bother, I like the texture of it.
