Mshipman Taxidermy did one for me six years ago. One of the best bobcat mounts I've seen and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research as I knew I would only mount one in my lifetime as they have been pretty rare to see where I hunt. Check out his website. I believe he's up your way if I remember correctly.
I created a thread with pics of my mount if you check my previous post. His price was really, really reasonable for the quality of work I received. Just make sure you get somebody who can get the face right because that is where you see the worth of the taxidermist.
