The guy I lease from has 2 tracts close to Linden,Tenn.
#1-185 acres of large natural pine and hardwoods for $1500.00 year round lease.Ins included.
#2-600 acres that is having the pines cutoff it now,should be through within 90 days.There will be about 108 acres of hardwood bottoms unmolested.It is $4.00 per acre with Ins. included.
