In my opinion no. I can't stand the smell of a boarhog, and the whole removing their manhood right when u kill them is a myth. They still are rank to me. Now I know several people that stil eat them but it's not for me. Every time one of those people tried to trick me into eating one (they swear the way they do it you can't tell) I've known and didn't eat. Again that's how I feel

Boars are great eating. I have the backstraps and loins cut off and the rest made into sausage. When I cook the chops and loins I soak them 24 hours in a marinade of: red wine; vinegar or apple juice; salt and chopped celery. When cooking, don't over cook, as wild pig is much less fatty than farm raised
