Big Pig Rub

Scouting a WMA in North Georgia and found this massive rub next to a wallow. My friend standing next to it is almost 6 ft tall. How big ya'll say this pig is.

There are some giants that die of old age up in those laurel chocked drains. I unknowingly walked to within 10 yds of an old boar in a briar thicket at 3500’ on NF one windy in the spring of 2016. I guess we surprised each other, but when he ran past me at about 5yds he was almost as tall as my waist, and I am 6’5”. The one that rubbed that tree in your pic would be a beast.

Yep, that's a biggin'! I found a bunch in Union Co recently. Not that high though. Only waist high on me. Whichever one made the rubs your friend is standing next to is full grown.

I can tell you that the pure-blood Russians we have here in my neck of the mountains have a lot longer legs than typical feral hogs.
