Hello everyone. Tell you my strange story. I've not hunted in a while. Few years. Club dues priced me out. I've hunted all my life. Well I can't go any longer. I see deer almost every night when I leave work. Lots of them as its on city on land. No hunting. Pulled out the bow today and getting excited. Now for the strange part. I can hardly pull my bow back. Last time I shot it I was at 280 pounds. Now 202. I know I'll get used to it again. Must have lost some muscle along with the fat. I was unhealthy. I needed to lose a lot of weight. I tried and tried and finally found my answer. I went vegetarian and immediately lost a lot of weight. I got healthy again. Took up running and will run my first marathon in December. But I can't go any longer. I feel a (need) to hunt. I will be donating the meat to the hungry. Wish Ga had hunters for the hungry. I have to admit. It's been nice looking around the forum lately.
