Can't say from personal experience; have heard it's pretty solid right now... Bass bite is good though

I went out yesterday and caught 3 bass on a Rebel Super Teeny Wee-R. All were around the weedy areas by the golf course. Good times.

A few from Saturday afternoon... the 3 pictured came on a squarebill, and managed a couple smaller males on a ned rig.

Nice. What area are they in, now? I have fished the lake a couple times for crappie, but never bass fished Acworth. I can't believe you were actually able to get on the lake on a Saturday afternoon!

Can you put a boat with a gas motor in but just not use it? Or no gas at all?

Some have already moved up, but the majority of my catches have been off isolated cover just outside of likely bedding areas

Yes, boats w/ gas motors are fine as long as the motor isn't used.
