This week I trapped 2 "black" coyotes, actually dark gray, and I've taken 2 more blacks in the past. All have been male and I wonder if the dark color is sex linked or if it is just random chance that all of mine have been males? So if you've taken black coyotes were they all males, mostly males or about 50/50 males and females?
