I am going to get a fish finder on the canoe. After looking around I think I may break down and get a side image. Looking at the Humming Bird Helix 5 si/di.
I have seen some videos on trolling motor mounting on bass boats bow mount and was wondering if mounting it to my transom troller would cause any problems. I do use my trolling motor in reverse alot running the canoe backwards when fishing shoreline for better control.
Or is there a better way to mount the SI/DI transducer???
