Sammich Mustard

What do yall use? I picked this up at a little shop in Charleston in February and it is the bomb dizzle. Will make you sweat and lose err nose hair you have.

I like regular yellow but when I get a burger from the neighborhood Irish Pub I use their Colman's. It tingles yer nose like mustard from the Chinese restaurant.

I use Kroger Spicy Brown. I'd like to try some of those stone ground German brands though.

Colman's is good stuff. It'll flush your sinuses right on out.

I love all mustard,

but we get some custom made spicy mustard from Coach in West Virginia, it is awesome!
I think he just puts Jalapeno juice in regular mustard and that way it doesn't change from the yellow color, but I'm not 100%, all I know is it very good.

This will do a little tongue tingling also, having some horseradish in it. You can find it in most any of the big stores too.

I like the new Frenches Spicy on a sandwich or sausage dog. If I don't have any that I just use regular yellow with a healthy dose of Tabasco sauce mixed in.

For plain yellow, got to have Plochman's. Truthfully, mustard is my favorite condiment and I will any pretty much any type there is.

X2 I mix this with a lil pepper relish and eat it on my fired tenderloin, also makes great sandwiches

Durkee also makes for a GREAT BBQ sauce when grilling cheekun. I mix some with melted butter, add black pepper, a little lemon juice or whatever else you desire. Sometimes I baste for the whole cook time and sometimes just brush on near the end.

I have maybe five or six types of mustard in my fridge. I like them all and the one I use is dependent on what I am using it on.I mix horseradish with mustard quite often.
