When I was in high school a friend of mine liked a peanut butter sandwich with mustard and mayonaise on it. He got me to try it, it was a lot better than it sounds.

I bought some Speculoos cookies at Lidl the other day. I googled them when I got home and read about the butter. Biscoff butter was mentioned as well.
I've never had it but I do love the cookies so I might have to give it a try.
Sounds like it would be good on waffles.
I do this too for breakfast almost every morning. I like the Jif smooth.
