Gassed a T-bone, real hot, real fast....I think that's all a gas grill is good for really. The wind is howling so hard I didn't bother with the Weber. It was good and pink!
I used to be a "only want a ribeye" sorta eater. Now.....I'm all about a good T-bone. Yours looks like a super steak...good portions on both sides of the bone. Like having two steaks in one !!!
Gassers are nice to have....I'd like to add one to the arsenal.....especially after yesterday at a buddy's house. He rocked his gasser and put on a sho'nuff grilling clinic.
