Fish are in the brush! Pic heavy

Nothin but Fish

It has been a while since I have checked in...

I got out this am launching about 9 and staying till around noon. The fish were on fire with Captain Mack rigs 80' and 90' back targeting 25' depths on humps and points south lake. The key is brush piles If there were no brush piles there were no fish and the fish were hanging really close to the brush. All 8 of the fish I boated looked like book ends and were about 10 lbs. The ugly rig pictured out fished the pretty rig by a 3-1 margin and white was better than green. The LakeMaster helps tremendously with putting me on the targets. I did not save any GPS shots but the ones below will give you the idea.

Last week I was in the Bahamas with Doug Olander of Sportfishing Mag. What a cool deal that was! http://www.sportfishingmag.com/gall...0/bahamas-flats-fishing-kayak-and-skiff-marls I took some fluke jrs and minis with me and those were the ticket for bones:clap:
