Going to be a long night.

Making this for some Tamales.

Have not had any fresh in a long time. MRS Pine Floor got on a plane early this morning, headed to Kansas for Thanksgiving with family.

Since she can't have con, I thought I would make 4 to 6 dozen.

And then I'm going to make some other stuff that she is allergic to, like,

Bananas, Jalapeno,Watermelon,Honey,Strawberry, Peaches, amongst other things.
