I got one when I subscribed to the GON magazine.

I always received them when I subscribed to the magazine.
I put one on my boat and one on a tackle box. I gave the rest away on here to those saying they wanted one. When I started getting everything online and no longer paid for a dead tree copy, they quit sending me new ones. So I don't have any to pass on any more.
If I wanted one now I would get a paper mag and see about signing up for a subscription. Or I would contact the publisher directly and ask them.
