Yeah, I believe that ol boy has survived more than most & is on the decline - don't see many like that.

I don't see that deer being over 3.5. He's just not filled out looking to me.

I agree,that neck should be bigger.Even when not in rut,a mature buck's neck will be big.
This buck I killed several years ago was old and declining.
His antlers were not "all that" but he was still a big bodied deer.
