Homemade woodfired Pizza

Had some tomato sauce in the fridge that the lady made from maters out of the garden and we had the hankering for some pizza so off we went. Made a simple homemade pizza dough(flour, water, yeast, salt, and some molasses). Had an array of toppings so we made 4 small pizzas. I fired up the ugly drum and got it rolling to about 700 degrees and threw on some cherry and pean wood. I put tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, vidalia onion, white mushroom, fresh minced garlic, pepperoni and bacon. My second one I did the same but added fresh basil. My ladies pizza had fresh mozzarella, garlic, onion, tomato slices, and fresh basil.... we are stuffed!!
