If I gave him to 4 I would give him 1 more year miracles do happen if he's been that since 2.5 I would cull him I assume the notch in left ear helps you keep up with him

He is a mature deer and simply is what he is. A short, fat, ugly woman will not become a tall beautiful swimsuit model..... You can wait on it to happen but those genetics don't change, no matter how hard you wish for them to do so. That is a nice mature deer and that is all there is to it. You can continue to let him walk or you can take him out soon as you see him.....if you see him. He is going to pose an equal challenge as any other mature deer. He is a trophy because he is mature. That is the bottom line.
