Default Looking for club/lease/private prop near Richmond County

I'm currently looking for land to hunt predators only within 30-45 mins of Augusta, GA. I'd like to be able to hunt fox/bobcat during season and coyote year round (if fishing is available I would pay for that as well). I'm a 28yr old responsible female hunter but novice to predator hunting just looking to enjoy the outdoors and gain some experience. I have no current interest in deer/turkey hunting other than occasional shed hunting but am willing to coexist peacefully on same property with those that do pursue big game/turkey. I'm willing to help out around property as needed and no issues limiting my own hunting during prime dates for other more popular animals. (Ex: during Rut/Major Holidays/Opening or Closing Week). I have no preference for land size, private property/hunting club, or member number. If allowed to hunt coyote year round I would provide any info noticed while out on property (sheds/scrapes/rubs). If you know of any private land owner or lease/club opportunities in my area that may be willing to give me a chance the info is appreciated! As a novice hunter I have no issues being given a probationary period to prove character/respect before being given access to property full time. If there is any info I have left out please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help!
