Spam pop-ups

If ya'll don't have a appl e ap p for this site, someone is trying to create a short cut to the site to gain hits or the"Ad" tracker deal is out of hand because it will run on this site also. I've also noticed "Admin" run windows pop up inbetween so someone is definitley trying to get in the door. Imho

Here is a screen shot of an ad that is running a script in the background. Is that redirecting everyone's phones?

How are you able to determine there is a script running in the background? Help me understand please.

The right side is a rolling billboard. Not sure that matters though. In the redirected thread those snapshots reveal the allow website button if you will. Got to thinking more about it and it could be the user scrolling and accidentally swipe over it allowing it but I've had multiple instances of trying to respond and get redirected??? But what I did is working. For now.
