Here's a link to the stocking frequency by DNR. Won't tell you which day but will tell you how often each stream is stocked.

The tailwater gets stocked so heavily that you should be able to catch fish year round. Water comes out of Lanier cold enough that the fish can hold over, if they don't get caught first.
