and it was good eating. Stuffed it with some provolone and xsharp cheddar and vidalia. No picture cause it was not nice to look at. I have learned from experience now that I am better off to get thick cut bacon. Some of the others I have used are too thinly sliced and the bacon stretches and does not make a neat package. I won't go into the brands that have failed me but I have taken the oath.

We woulda still loved to see it. I have found that cheap bacon is a problem. Bite the bullet and get the good stuff.

It don't matter how ugly it was, long as it tasted good. Sounds like it was right tasty!:fine:

I actually prefer thin cut or regular cut... just not cheap thin cut.
