trying to upload some pictures and it tells me iam missing a "security token" what is this and how do I fix the problem? I have searched but cant find anything on it

Ignore the "security token" message. I can't even tell you what it means.
99% of all problems are the file or pixel size is too large to be compressed and formatted. Resize your pics to something like 800 x 600 and that should fix it.
^^^Yes. It means that your picture/file size is too big. Resize it.
