How much 2-4D?

I have my sprayer dialed in for 15 gallons per acre. I spray our dove field but would also like to spray the yards on the farm. So my question is how much 2-4D do I spray per acre. Any help would be appreciated.

A quick search says 1 pint per 3 gallons. So about 10 cups for you, but it would depend on what your trying to kill also. Someone else will chime in

A quart to the acre would be the standard rate, but the yard spraying would depend on what grass species is present.

thanks fellas. all yards are a kentucky 31 fescue

Then you would be fine at a quart, for wild onion/garlic you can go up to 2 quarts on fescue.

How much 2-4D?
