Trying to make a trip to hunt some greenheads in the timber on a public place in North Arkansas near Pocahontas, anyone been there or know anything about the area? Not trying to go out there blind or steal anyone's spots just trying to find a good area to start at and go from there. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hunt several of the wmas in NE Ark often. You can get on http://www.agfc.com/hunting/Pages/HuntingWheretohunt.aspx and pick one wma out. Take the one of your choice and study the maps and regs. When you get out there just plan on scouting the first day, don't be afraid to park the boat and get out and walk. Google earth is your friend! At boat ramps find guys with out of state tags and you may get a little info from them with the right questions.
