Can anyone confirm if bank fishing is allowed at night at the Redlands boat ramp and/or on any of the WMA that borders the lake/river on Hwy 278?

It's National Forest, you can fish it 24/7/365 as long as you comply with state fishing regs.
YOU CAN'T FISH FROM THE DOCK unless you are Hispanic or an illiterate meth head.
Lots of people fish all night on the old HWY 278 bridge.
Lots of people fish all night (or real late) at Dyer's Pasture.
