Geese in the FOG

I'm really enjoying lookin back, funny how certain pics really bring back good times.

This just happened to be one of those days. I had this I think it was a pea field but anyways the geese loved it. They'd come off a refuge lake and would pass over a small pond on some state land that I like to hunt. Anyways the land owner fianlly gave me permmision to hunt it.

I had a dozen shells set up and my blind was just on the edge of the field in the sage, pretty much just hunkered down in the sage) nothin fancey but concealed.

Fog was thick enough to cut it with a knife but I'd hear em comin and give some calls and there they were.:shoot::shoot:

Within less then an hour I had my 4 birds and they still kep coming so I just shot with the camera.

It was pouring on us, but Odin did a great job. His first retrieve was all of 5 ft and landed inside the Stealth. This was his next one, ended up with six. Wear them out
