Companies that throw away Hose/PVC

trying to build some fishing structure. Does anyone know of a company that replaces hose or PVC a lot and throws the damage stuff away?

If you ain't too proud to go dumpster diving, you could cruise a few jobsites and pick up the scraps after the plumbers are done. I've seen them throw away whole sticks of 3" PVC.
