River fishing

If you don't get many replies here try the kayak & canoe section just below. I am a ways south of you, but it looks like the Yellow River would be the closest good place.

The yellow is what I would suggest. I normally wade but I've seen people in kayaks in the river. Its a bit skinny and shallow in spots but its a nice quiet urban river.
