Our DU chapter took out six young men, ended up with 10 ducks, 5 woodies, 4 BWT, a mallard) and a coot. Pretty foggy in the am, got a few more in the afternoon.
Thats awesome. It is great to take a kid, but it is so much better when you have a lot of action. Normally it takes a lot of shots to get 10 ducks on a youth hunt.
Looks great, my folks have a place on the greenbrier river. Spent many many summers up there chasing smallmouth as a kid, Camped in cranberry glades with scouts, and requisitioned more than one raft to float the new river in high school. West Virginia was a fantastic place to grow up. But I sure am glad I am out now.
