How many days does it normally take your peas to reach maturity when you start picking? I normally plant Purple Hulls and trying to work around a date in late June that I will be gone for a week. Thanks

Maturity should be around 65-70 days.

You can start picking them sooner than full maturity: at 50-75% "purple" they will shell easy; before that they would be more like snap beans. At full maturity they will be more like drying beans. It all depends on whatcha like.
