Default CBE TEK Hybrid Pro Sight help

Hey guys. I'm about to pull my hair out on trying to sight this thing in. I'm shooting a Hoyt Defiant with a CBE TEK Hybrid Pro sight. I've looked up videos and called a local bow shop with no luck. I've got my 30yd and 60yd "marked" and picked out a #7 metal plate that it comes with. However the 30yds and 60 on my mark doesn't match up with the metal plate. I'm confused on how to adjust it... Idk if this explains it well. But any help would be helpful! I'm located in Watkinsville too. If you're close and wanna come help!

Is that the only sight plate you have? There should be more. If you bought it new, there should be plenty to pick from. Kris lives in Watkinsville, maybe he will see this.

No there are plenty more but none line up either. I found one video and followed it step by step with no luck. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong
