anyone know what these red weeds are that are starting to pop up?

With the purple underside it looks like Pigweed to me.

yes its pigweed. I had a problem with it last year. luckily I have Clearfield sunflowers and can kill it with beyond. would plowing this under kill it or should I spray Gly with my pre emergent to kill it?

I wouldn't spray it with just gly, what are you putting out for a pre? Tillage will kill but it needs to be deep otherwise you run the risk of unearthing more seeds. Pigweed can't emerge under cover.

I am using prowl before I plant (will incorporate with harrow) and then planting 3 days later and spray Spartan on top of that. right before a rain then hit them with beyond at 2oz/acre when they come out of the ground and spray again after 30days with another 2/oz per acre of beyond

Tank mix Gramoxone or diquat with the gly and tankmix it with the prowl. Just wait before incorporating, spray in the morning and then come back later to incorporate.
