Anyone have any of the first lite gear? Seems to be getting good reviews, it is pricey was wondering if anyone had it to compare to any other merino companies. Looking for some middle weight type colothing...when its mild use if for an outer layer then if real cold use it for a middle.

Like the First lite chama hoody...haven't looked at pants yet.

I used their merino shirt as a base layer on an elk hunt last year. Temps varied from 12 degrees in the morning to upper 30s in the afternoon. Good stuff. I'll use it this year under a light down jacket to hunt around here.

I picked up some inASAT,but haven't used it yet...So no review yet... It seems well thought out and very well made...Light weight... and have from light to midweight to layer to test out this season...

Firstlite is very good wool. It is pricey. I normally just use Smartwool products, as its as good as merino can get, and you can usually find it on closeouts somewhere since its widely produced.
