I have to head down tomorrow for the rest of the week to weld on bridge over the river in baxley ga I've always heard flathead fishing in the altamaha was great , question is is it any good around baxley

If there's plenty of water, some rocks, trees, stumps, etc,,, it's good.
Look up the river gauge on USGS and find the water level & CFS's,, this will tell you a lot,,, catfish really aren't that picky either

are you pole fishing or limb lineing? i live down river from plant alway have good luck down river but i mostly limb line but know alot of people that pole fish too both are fun... use small bream and you will do gd man got about 15 down around easons landing this week good luck watch out for rocks if in boat there out bad!
