A lot of good information.. I like to use a 2 inch floating rapala, I also like the strike king Bitsy Minnow in sexy shad. I throw a variety of baits just to use different thing, micro spinners, small creature baits and sometimes a fly rod. Most time I fish with a Shakespeare’s ultra lite, cheap thing from Walmart. I just respool it with 4 pound test line.

Yessir..

I have. They are better for cats when the Catalpa worms start dropping. IMO..

You can cover more water with Rooster Tails, Beetle Spins and all sorts of jigs. I do it often.

Still, for a bluegill or most any smaller sunfish, I'll
take a cricket any day.
