Grabbed some fish tacos and a cold beer Saturday for a late lunch at the lakefront.
That night we had some deer burgers and a sweet tater.
Sunday I got up super early and went to the camp. We caught some trout, reds and a bass. Will cook some up this week. While fishing we saw lots of ducks so of course I decided we needed to eat some since the freezer has plenty from teal season. Took some bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, diced maters and jalapeño peppers and cooked em down. Some hot link sausage from a wild pig and some hot honey teriyaki teal breasts were added to the mix as well. Served over some bow tie pasta.
