Smoked Picnic (without the shank) :clap:

Bought 4 @.99 a pound. Bout' 8-9 pounds each.

Smoked two Saturday night at my Bud's house.
Eat one over there.

Sliced the other one and put it up today.
Prolly have some beans and Stricklands tonight
with some of that.

Gave Mama one to do in the Crock Pot facepalm:

Put the other one in the freezer.
It will most likely get brined when I get all this eat up.

Turned out good.

Toasted sour dough roll an Strickland's on the sammich.

Touch of Martin's in the baked beans.
It's a little more like Carolina and good on beans.

Strickland's is the way to go on meat. If you
have to use store bought.
