Thinking about goin to St. Marys this weekend, not having fished this area before can some give me some highlights, need to know about bait(live) and lodging.

There is a bait shop right by the entrance to the North River boat ramp called Buccaneer's Bait and Tackle. James runs the place and is a good guy. You can find them online or on Facebook. If you want to stay at Crooked River State Park, they have nice cabins for a reasonable rate, and a decent little bait shop right by the boat ramp. Both ramps have great fishing not far away. The jetties are not that far from the North River ramp. There are many creeks and rivers around the state park that are great fishing too.

The city ramp downtown on the water front has a gift shop which now carries live shrimp as well.

No, Didn't get to go that weekend had some problems getting everything arranged. Didn't go last weekend because of the tides can't go this weekend because of Matthew but I am going to get down that way soon I hope.
