We are planning to paddle the Oconee between Blackshears Ferry and the boat ramp in East Dublin tomorrow. Anyone done this trip recently ?

From Balls ferry to the WMA is a good float
With that one you can take out at the WMA or at Johnson County Landing.

Last year we did the section from the ramp in east Dublin to the sportsman’s club ramp. That was a full day.

The river float was really nice yesterday. The water level was just right for us to explore some shoals along the river.
We wound up doing the section from the boat ramp off Buckeye Road in E.Dublin down to the Brick Yard Landing. Took about 5 hrs that included us getting out and exploring some of the shoals.
Dublin has a real gem, if they would develop it, in the way of a river park, pedestrian green way there.
